3D DESIGN

The head tube and neck are forged in one peice to form an unbreakable connection.
We achieved this by designing the NITRO-Neck© 3D software and later CNC-cut the mould for the forging process.

SAFE & SECURE

All NKD scooters are tested by third parties to meet legislation in verified countries. Should the chips be down and you face issues with your scooter we have a comprehensive warranty agreement though our trusted dealers (see more on the dealers & sellers page)

Original vs Street edition

The Nitro series comes in two editions. The original edition is lighter and faster but also less resistant to hard riding. The Street Edition is a killer on local spots but as expected a bit more heavy.
Wider T-bars, materials of bars and difference in compressionsystem are the main differences.

BARS - Street edition ONLY

Wide 600mm steel (CrMo 4130) T-bars compatible with HIC compression.
The bars are mounted with soft NKD™ Shadow grips.

Original Edition is aluminum 6061 T5 bars and weights in at only 800g. Because it is aluminum bars the inner Ø28mm (fits ONLY IHC fork) and outer Ø35mm (Fit oversized bars). Comes with NKD™ diamond grips

NKD™ Hollow Core wheels

AKA "NITRO WHEELS". On our Nitro series we have installed lightweight CNC-cut forks and large 120mm NKD hollow core wheels. These wheels are designed to be ridden HARD!
The plastic brake is more forgiving than the regular metal brake. The life-expectancy of your wheels is increased and the risk of injuring your feet when landing on the brake is decreased.
